The Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency, a non-profit agency purchased this 11,824sf building following Katrina. The building was structurally sound and only experienced 6” of water from flooding. The owner desired an efficient floor-plan and a new look to serve as their Administrative Office Headquarters. The scope of the project included complete interior renovation, building systems, roof, windows and stucco skin.
