RCLC provided complete Civil Engineering Design, Construction Engineering and Observation for this project that consisted Widening of existing three-lane roadway to a four-lane, divided roadway with median and turn lanes for access management. Work items included new embankments, asphalt pavements, drainage structures, waster and sewer relocation, new synchronized traffic signalization, traffic detouring and sequence of construction. During all phases of construction, access to businesses remained open.
