Performed an extensive watershed analysis using HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS for existing conditions to evaluate possible improvements to the basin. Existing and improved conditions were submitted to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to update FEMA Maps and Flood Zone designations within St. Tammany Parish.
