Watershed management plan of the Black River Tributary Basin which included the creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) with hydraulic, hydrologic, and environmental data. Analysis includes the hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of the existing basin and recommended basin improvements. Results from the model and the GIS were provided to St. Tammany Parish for their engineers to implement these improvements into actual construction projects to reduce the likelihood of street flooding in this area.
