RCLC provided Complete Civil Engineering Design, Construction Engineering and Observation for this new two-lane divided concrete street, including underground water and sewer utilities and drainage, which utilized an equivalent pavement design for asphaltic concrete and Portland Cement Concrete. Utility installation required 1400 lf of well pointing operations.
