The client desired a multi- family urban in-fill project with Classical detailing creating the feel of the French Quarter Community. The project design consisted of three different types of residential buildings: (10) three story town homes, (5) two story courtyard garden homes and (9) single story condominiums, oriented around a central green space for the entire community. The projects density, use of brick detailing, stucco, iron work, and old world proportions give this project the look and charm of old New Orleans.
