RCLC in conjunction with the owner, Park Design Group, designed the Chenier Apartments. This unique development was conceived utilizing traditional town planning concepts. Executed in the vernacular West Indies Architectural Style, the project strives to create a sense of place by creating a live-work environment comprised of residential, office, retail, and recreation. The project included 24 Residential Apartment Buildings, 2 Live-Work, 1 Retail, a Community Clubhouse, and an Outdoor Concert Space on a 21 acre site.
