Square 1907 was a planned unit development on a 2 acre site near downtown Covington. The project design was a mix of rentable office suites on the ground floor with residential loft-style condos on the 2nd and 3rd floors and the concept centered around the idea of a more urban plan with buildings pulled up to the street and pedestrian sidewalks with parking at the rear of the buildings.
