Located on Hwy 22 just outside the Mandeville City Limits, Chapel Creek was a planned unit development combining a commercial strip center at the front of the site with (10) 3-story condo buildings at the back of the site. The project totaled 168 condo units on the 11 acre site. It utilized large areas of open green space with such site amenities as a club house, swimming pool, detached garage, parking and jogging trails with picnic areas throughout.
