RCLA offers programming, facilities consulting, architectural design, specifications, construction administration, and post-occupancy evaluations.
The RCLA staff includes specialists in detailed programming, space planning, and interior design. These professionals work diligently with our clients to determine their project objectives including the design goals, schedule requirements, and budgetary parameters insuring the development of a design that is sensitive to the needs of the occupant and advances our client’s mission.
RCLC has provided three decades of Professional Engineering services throughout Southeast Louisiana to both public and private sectors. The firm is recognized for providing complicated drainage studies, sophisticated designs for major land developments, and the management of large scale public works projects.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The firm has repeatedly been ranked first by major governmental agencies, including the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) for Construction Administration projects.
RCLC provides highly trained and experienced Professional Engineers and Certified Construction Observers, as well as a long history of successfully completed projects which required a detailed understanding of major construction procedures and documentation throughout Louisiana.
INTERIOR DESIGN
At RCLA, our interior design staff emphasizes good planning, functional efficient design and effective use of space. We have completed numerous interior design projects including residential, commercial, universal, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and spatial branding. We work with our clients to create an environment that supports their mission and desired image while at the same time promoting workplace efficiency and employee morale, both of which are critical to the success of our client’s business models. With regards to the furniture and finishes that we employ in our design schemes, we are ever mindful of the latest materials and technologies that are sustainable and easy to maintain thus creating healthy environments for our clients as well as reducing life cycle and operating costs.
