RCLC is a multi-disciplined professional consulting firm in continuous operation since 1987.
The firm currently employees a staff of 40 employees. These include 4 licensed Project Engineers,
2 licensed architect, 2 Graduate Engineers-in-training, 7 Graduate Intern Architects, 8 CADD Operators, 1 Project Construction Manager, 7 Field Construction Observers (including 5 which are Certified LADOTD Field Inspectors), 4 Technicians, and 6 Administrative personnel.
