Richard C. Lambert Consultants, LLC (RCLC) was honored to be a Presenting Sponsor for the ASCE Transportation & Development Institute (T&DI) Louisiana Chapter luncheon held on June 12, 2026 at the Southern Yacht Club in New Orleans.
RCLC extends a special thank you to Mr. Steve Nelson, P.E., Deputy CAO for Infrastructure / Director of Public Works, for his time and efforts to deliver an informative presentation on The State of New Orleans Infrastructure. Mr. Nelson’s presentation covered a host of key topics to include an infrastructure plan to “fix the basics”, street-lighting initiative, JIRR roadway program, transmission water main replacements, utility coordination efforts, capital project pipeline and priorities, and IIJA & Hazard Mitigation funding sources and initiatives.
